We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you believe you have recieved a product with a manufacturing defect, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a return for a product with a defect, contact us at luxejewels111@gmail.com with your order details and proof of defect.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, including for orders placed with incorrect details such as size, delivery address, or customer errors.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective upon arrival).
